Hands Koffee Pour Over

Pour Over - V60

Follow Aaron's Recipe to get its optimum flavour:

  • 15gm Ground Coffee
  • 250gm Water at 93 celcius
  • 2 - 3 minutes brewing time

Methods:

  1. Boil water to 93 Celcius
  2. Take out 15gm ( about 1 teaspoon for home brewer per serving) grounded coffee (available upon request when purchasing our coffee beans)
  3. Place a filter paper inside the V-shape filter. Wet the filter paper with water before adding ground coffee
  4. Add the ground coffee to the filter and gently tap it to level the surface of the grounds. Place the brewer on a cup, place this entire set-up onto a digital scale, and set it to zero.
  5. Begin pouring. Pour water slowly over the coffee, starting at the outer rim and moving in a circular motion clockwise towards the center of the grounds. Stop pouring when the scale reaches approximately 60gm. Give the coffee an additional 30 seconds to drip before proceeding to the second pour.
  6. For the second pour, start from the center of the ground and move circular motion toward the outer edge and the back to the center. Add remaining water as you pour until all coffee grounds are saturated.
  7. Let coffee drip another 20 seconds. Take out filter coffee. You can now enjoy a nice cup of brewed coffee.
